Former Uof R grad, mature student, returning for Bachelor of Education after degree program (2years) for the fall of 2021. I am a home/property owner of 19 years who is moving to Regina while my husband stays in our home community for work. I have one child who will be going to LCHS and one in elementary. Hoping to be near Marion McVeety or Dr AE Perry schools. Ideally we would love to find a secure furnished home or apartment (we can supply linens, cookware etc). Also open to non-furnished. We would go home for the summer of 2021/22 but are open to paying rent through the summer for the right property or only doing an August ‘21-June ‘22 lease. If you are taking a year sabbatical/exchange etc, this may be a great opportunity to have responsible tenants who can take care of your home while providing extra income. Budget is flexible depending on property/utilities. Non-smoker, no pets. References available.
