Located in a friendly, safe neighbourhood in behind south Earls and near Golden mile mall. It’s only an 8 minute drive to the university and very close to all amenities in harbour landing. Rent is $850/month and this includes all utilities (Water, Power, Gas, Internet).
I am 30 years old and also have a very nice, friendly cat but would prefer no other animals.
